Flight Review 3: Flying from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur with Jetstar (SIN-KUL)

Check-in Staff Hospitality:
They are welcoming and helpful.

Timing:
Very punctual.

Boarding service:
Organized compared to other budget airlines like Tiger Airways and Air Asia. Just to share my experience, don't even bother to purchase the 'Board me First' privilege when you fly with Tiger Airways. One time when I purchased it, the staff just allowed everyone to rush through the gate. On the contrary, Jetstar's system is in such a way that the passengers at the back rows were called upon first followed by the rest, the front rows being the latest to be called upon.
I have to commend their good service in boarding the passengers- efficient and fast.

Cabin Experience:
The interior of the plane looked a bit run-down compared to Air Asia planes.

Cabin Attendants:
Didn't look professional. Something has to be done on their self-presentation. Air Asia flight attendants often (not all the time) look polished whereas the Jetstar flight attendants didn't seem like they cared much of how they present their airline.
